Return & Exchange Service Procedure

Customer will receive an email notification once the request is approved.

The customer packs the product and sends it.

Step 4

Refund or Replacement after we receive the product.

Precautions for Return and Exchange

  • • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  • • Coupons cannot be restored after return.
  • • For personalized items, a 30% customization fee applies if you cancel/modify after placing the order.
  • Note: Even if you request cancellation immediately after ordering, we may charge a fee if production has started.
  • • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted here.

NO RETURN & EXCHANGE

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90-day return policy. We are not liable for these issues.
  • • Products that exceed the return limit (90 days from delivery).
  • • Non-quality issues with personalized products.
  • • Products damaged by misuse or mishandling.
  • • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged due to customer handling.
  • • Wrong size selection by the customer.
  • • Returns due to personal taste or change of mind.
  • • Partial returns of set items are not accepted.
