Return & Exchange Service Procedure

STEP 2
Customer will receive an email notification once the request is approved.

STEP 3
The customer packs the product and sends it.

STEP 4
Refund or Replacement after we receive the product.
Precautions for Return and Exchange
- • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
- • Coupons cannot be restored after return.
- • For personalized items, a 30% customization fee applies if you cancel/modify after placing the order.
- Note: Even if you request cancellation immediately after ordering, we may charge a fee if production has started.
- • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted here.
NO RETURN & EXCHANGE
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90-day return policy. We are not liable for these issues.
- • Products that exceed the return limit (90 days from delivery).
- • Non-quality issues with personalized products.
- • Products damaged by misuse or mishandling.
- • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged due to customer handling.
- • Wrong size selection by the customer.
- • Returns due to personal taste or change of mind.
- • Partial returns of set items are not accepted.
