Accepted currencies: GBP only. Your order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

In-stock items are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Customised items may require longer due to production time. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days via tracked local shipping. A tracking number will be sent via email once dispatched.

Cleaning & Maintenance

To clean your jewellery, use lukewarm soapy water and a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.

Important: Do not expose jewellery to chemicals, pools, hot tubs or spas. Sterling silver can oxidise naturally; pearls and oxidised silver require delicate handling.
